The hotel had a fantastic location, right in the city center and close to many good restaurants. The bed in the room was comfortable and there was a coffee maker and kettle provided. The staff at the restaurant and reception were great, providing excellent customer service.
The furniture in the room and bathroom was old and needed repair. It would have been nice to have a cane in the room for making tea.

I was kinda surprised by the central location of this hotel. It was so convenient to explore all the attractions in the area without any hassle. The grand entrance and friendly check-in staff made me feel welcome right from the start. Despite arriving early, I was able to get my room without any issues.

This hotel is perfectly located in the very center of the city, close to everything. You can easily walk to the historic section, St Martin's church, the castle, cathedral, and the old square. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The breakfast buffet is a feast for a king or queen, with a wide selection of delicious dishes. The staff is friendly and attentive, making your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The duvet on the queen size bed might be too warm for some, but you can always speak to reception for assistance.

The location was great with fine views, helpful staff, and little touches like free apples and water. The hotel had a beautiful fountain and a unique bar mirror. The breakfast was excellent and they even had their own cigar lounge.

I loved staying at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town. It was so convenient to be close to the main square where you can find all the old town attractions. The room was equipped with all the amenities I needed and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They offer a variety of services such as room service, laundry, and shuttle service. The hotel has a bar and lounge area where I enjoyed having a few drinks. The food was amazing and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. The hotel is definitely perfect for a relaxing stay.
I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
